Becoming a Member with Fronditha Care entitles you to vote at its General Meetings and be a candidate for election to the Board.  The Board encourages members to take an interest and actively participate in Fronditha’s activities. If you have any suggestions or if you are able to act in a voluntary activity, please contact our office and discuss your interest and availability.

 If you are interested, [click here] to download the membership nomination form.  Please forward your nomination to two existing members of Fronditha Care to whom you are known and lodge completed signed form to the attention of The Secretary, Fronditha Care, 94 Springs Road Clayton South Vic 3169.  

Your application will be referred by the Secretary to the Board as soon as practicable. Upon a nomination being approved by the Board, a membership fee payment request will  be made within the period of twenty-eight (28) days after receipt of the notification. The fee payable under Fronditha Care’s Constitution is the initial membership fee plus the membership fee for the first year’s annual subscription.
