Independent Living Units St.Albans

Fronditha Care Inc. has 40 Independent Living Units/housing located at 183 – 187 Furlong Road St. Albans. The Units are for elderly persons for whom public housing options are limited, unavailable or unsuitable. The Units provide affordable accommodation in a pleasant environment.
All units are completely independent each with its own backyard, clothes line and laundry area.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Housing Service applicants must satisfy the Office of Housing conditions relating to income, assets and citizenship.
